John is not stepping into a traditional sales leadership role. He is stepping into a movement.
From our very first conversation, it was clear that John understands something foundational: trust is not a slogan. It is the linchpin of performance, culture, and long-term organizational health. For over a decade, he has lived this conviction — building trust across complex organizations and serving as a trusted peer to senior executives navigating meaningful change.
What stood out most to us during our interview process wasn’t just his track record. It was how he showed up.
Even as a candidate, John modeled what we aspire to cultivate in every leader we serve. He asked thoughtful questions about the future of WiLD. He asked about my own goals and where I see this organization heading. He listened carefully. He challenged with care. He saw each of us and we saw him.

Prior to joining WiLD Leaders, John advised executive leaders across multi-site retirement living organizations, partnering closely with sales, marketing, and operational VPs to recalibrate pricing strategy, strengthen product positioning, and guide cultural shifts. In one engagement, those trust-centered changes helped move a community from years of sustained losses to record profitability in under two years. The work required candor, strategic clarity, emotional maturity, and a deep ability to cultivate trust while leading hard conversations. He has operated not as a vendor, but as a peer.
John brings a rare blend of conviction and care. He understands something we talk about often at WiLD: the invisible and the visible of any organization are inseparable. Strategy without trust fractures. Culture without clarity drifts. Performance without alignment erodes. The most critical business challenges are rarely just operational — they are relational.
He sees both.
As Executive Solutions Partner, John will work directly with CEOs and senior teams — using the WiLD Trust Index, the WiLD Toolkit, and our broader trust platform as entry points into courageous conversations that change leaders, teams, and organizations. His work will be equal parts relational and strategic. Presence and performance. Data and discernment.
